Thank you for your interest in the 2024 West Virginia Wellness Festival! Unless otherwise notified, we are pleased to welcome you as an exhibitor at this year’s Festival. There is a lot to look forward to, and we are excited that you want to join us!
The West Virginia Wellness Festival is scheduled to be held on Saturday, July 13, 2024. The hours for the Wellness Fair will be from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Booth space will be $100, with a special $35 rate for nonprofits. A 10 foot space, 8 foot table, and 2 folding chairs will be provided. We also have a limited quantity of premier booth spaces available at $500. These booths will have prime placement at the festival, as well as access to electricity. They do go fast, so please reserve premier booth spaces as soon as possible.
Payments may be processed here. If you need to make other arrangements for payment processing, such as submitting a check, please contact Sarah Giosi at the contact information listed below. All checks will need to be made out to Forgiven Warrior and mailed to the address below. Otherwise, complete the payment above.
The day includes live musicians, healthy food vendors, the wellness fair, an athletic competition, and live demonstrations. We are anticipating more than 1,000 attendees including athletes, spectators, community members, families, and more. In addition to having your organization/cause present at the festival, this event will be promoted throughout the state of West Virginia, and to the Forgiven Warrior constituents via email lists, social media content, website, and more.

Once your payment and contract have been received, we will send a confirmation email. All booth assignments will be made on a first received basis. A detailed setup schedule and further information regarding booth location, setup details, and more will be sent as we get closer to the Festival. In the meantime, please send us a high-resolution .png image of your logo so we can help to promote your attendance at the Festival.
Likewise, we ask that you promote the West Virginia Wellness Festival information to help gain more public momentum to make this year’s Festival a success! To assist with this, we have attached a social media image you can share at your discretion.
